Funny Sign Friday

I found this sign at Qingling Park in Guiyang, Guizhou province.  I had to do a double take when I saw it.

Only one word comes to mind when I read this: huh?

@Chris: I have never seen a poem posted on a sign like that here in China. And anyway, if it really is a poem, it’s still an incredibly bad translation
