Favourites include "don't forget to carry your thing" (don't leave anything on the train) and "take water place" (for safe drinking water). Menus are a great source. I once saw a similar sign near a Xinjiang mosque that said "Watch for falling tiles" (the mosque was tiled) at which point I wanted to scream back "Why don't you just stinkin' maintain your so-called historical site so I don't have to dodge falling debris?!" And then I remembered that nobody nearby spoke English and I didn't know how to say that in Chinese. Oh well. Nice.
